COVID-19 Information
Partners in Family Care is using Fever Free Waiting Rooms
- This means that people with fevers will not come through the lobby. We prefer these patients to wait in their own vehicles and call the front desk to get taken directly to their room. If you do not have a vehicle or cell phone, please call ahead to notify us and separate arrangements will be made.
- All toys and magazines have been removed from patient areas. We are frequently wiping down all the frequent contact surfaces as well.
- Every patient with a fever is required to wear a mask over mouth and nose during their entire time in the facility. All staff must wear masks whenever they are close to you.
- We are trying our best to adjust to increasing risk of infection, and appreciate your understanding. We absolutely want to take care of you in the safest manner possible.

Copays
- Copays are required for a variety of insurances. Please check your insurance coverage to see if a copay applies to you.
- Copays are to be paid at the time of service.
- Please pay the receptionist upon check-in.

Payment Options
Partners in Family Care understands that medical expenses are not always planned or expected, and therefore may create some hardship to your family's personal budget. Payment options are listed below:
Health Insurance
If you have health insurance, we will be happy to submit your charges. You will receive a statement from Partners in Family Care after your insurance has responded to the charges. Upon receipt of your statement, your balance is then to be paid in full.
Payment Plan
For those who are unable to pay their balance in full,. we offer a payment plan. This allows you to take a balance and pay it over time. Please contact the business office for more information.
In addition to cash and personal checks, we now accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Hospitalizations
If hospitalization is necessary, we will arrange for admission at Mercy Hospital, Moundridge, Kansas.
Since the hospital is neither owned nor operated by, or affiliated with Partners in Family Care, the patient upon admittance should make finacial arrangements with the hospital.
Arrangements can be made with other hospitals for specialty care.

Telehealth
Telehealth Appointments Are Now Available
For many of you, your health insurance provider is waiving your co-pay for Telehealth visits, saving you money and allowing you to stay at home. Please call our office to schedule your appointment.

Heartland Cardiology is expanding their Outreach Clinic in Moundridge.
Dr. Ravi Bajaj comes each month to provide cardiology care for patients at Partners In Family Care and the surrounding area. Dr. Bajaj will be providing services at the Moundridge site on the last Friday of every month.

Dr. Todd Reilly, Orthopedic Surgeon, provides outreach in McPherson at Partners in Family Care on the third Monday of every month. Dr. Reilly provides orthopedic care including pediatric and adult general orthopedics, upper and lower extremity fractures, joint replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and hand surgery including carpal tunnel and trigger finger.
